- Continuing the rollout of the Banyan Bar/Restaurant Concept, MDA were Full Project Architects on this latest addition within the City Centre of Newcastle.
- The project included the detailed Interior Design and Full Project Management covering all aspects of the internal fitout. The “Banyan Tree” inspired concept is spread over 2 floors with the main bar area at ground floor level and a refined restaurant area at first floor. The Interior design included the inclusion of a bespoke feature copper walled staircase and a stunning interwoven laminated timber ceiling over the main bar and a feature illuminated tree structure over the restaurant first floor bar.
