- Full Project Architects and Interior Designers for the full conversion of a former Printing Press building to provide a new Retail Unit and 8 number luxury one bedroom apartments in the historic town of Harrogate.
- The project included the full Architectural Service and complete Project Management from inception through to final hand over to the tenants. The Retail Unit secured a lease agreement with a specialist stone flooring retail outlet prior to project completion. The 8 one bedroom apartments have been fitted out to an extremely high standard with large living areas and all having En-Suite shower rooms. MDA Architects worked closely with the Planning Authority to agree a substantial re-modelling of the existing building elevations.
