- Full Project Architect and Interior Designer for a part conversion and part new build of a former Bank building to provide 2 new Retail Units and 8 number luxury apartments in the historic town of Ilkley.
- The project included the full Architectural Service and complete Project Management from inception through to final hand over to the tenants. The Retail Units secured lease agreements with Cragghoppers and Regatta Great Outdoors prior to completion. The 8 apartments being a mix of 1 and 2 bedrooms have been fitted out to an extremely high standard with large living areas and all having En-Suite shower rooms. The development required a substantial re-modelling of the existing building but retaining its existing period architectural scale and style.
